Resumo: The limitations in use of isoenzymes in cacao is due to its low polymorphism. One enzyme system that can be usefull to increase polymorphism is diaphorase. However, the problem with this enzyme system is the inconsistence of results. It is proposed one modification of gel stain that improve repeatability instead of resolution.
