| Abstract: | Sixty-five isolates ofthree species of Phytophthora causing black pod disease of cacao in Brazil: P palmivora, P capsici and P citrophthora, were tested for enzyme production in solid media. A total of nine enzymes: pectate Iyase, polygalacturonase, lipase, protease, deoxyribonuclease, phosphatase, urease, cellulase and amylase, were tested. |
